Mark 11:24 KJV; “Whatsoever things you desire when you pray….”
John 15:7; If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
Most spiritual people get values confused with their desires and wants.
1) I want God’s will for my life!
2) The Bible is God’s will for you.
Jesus never asked, “What do you need?” “What do you want?”
1) Your needs are already met in the mind of God. (Matt. 6:33)
2) First miracle was a want not need….wine.
Egypt – Lack
Wilderness – Need
Promise Land – Want…YOU must go get it.
Ask (child)…Seek (teenager)…Knock (adult) (dominion)

Life is a fight for territory. You must fight for what you want or what you don’t want will take over and win.

The righteous should not want:

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
The wicked want:
Proverbs 13:25
The righteous eats to the satisfying of his soul,
But the stomach of the wicked shall be in want.
“It hurts to much to want.”
The price of ambition is failure.
Want = Risk
Risk = + or – outcomes
